There’s certainly been some bad luck going around Colorado concerts lately. First , and now Rob Thomas cancels his Paramount Theatre performance at showtime.
As fans started to trickle into the Paramount Theatre on Wednesday, one of his crew took the stage to break the news for the audience:
“To all my Denver fans, it’s with a very heavy heart that I have to say that I’m canceling tonight’s show,” Thomas said in a hand written note later posted on Facebook. I don’t do this lightly. After 20 years I’ve only canceled one. I have had an allergy attack and have no voice at all.”
He ends the letter saying he’ll make this up. You can read it in full below.
Surprisingly, Death Grips was the band that actually played last night.
