Through Sunday: If you’re hankering for a shot of real Western culture this summer, there’s still time to catch the 93rd Greeley Stampede before it rides off into the sunset for another year. The event, which began in 1922 as the Greeley Spud Rodeo, draws more than 200,000 spectators to the town east of Loveland for competitive rodeo programming and big-name country concerts. But the daily happenings — which on July 3 include comedy, a Western art show, a carnival, kid’s activities, a parade, live music and more — also provide more than enough incentive for the non-rodeo-inclined. Various events through July 5. Ticket office at 600 N. 14th Ave. in Greeley. $20-$25 for rodeo finals, with concerts and other events costing extra. 866-464-2626 or for the full lineup.
