Two men were shot and killed outside a Thornton apartment building Thursday night.
Police were working to make positive identification of the men following the shooting at about 7 p.m. in the 300 block of E. 88th Avenue.
Thornton police are interviewing multiple witnesses, the department said in a statement Thursday night.
“There are three people of interest that are also being interviewed by detectives,” police stated. “The events that transpired prior to the shooting have yet to be established through the course of the investigation.”
