The Department of Veterans Affairs’ medical center in Denver has named a new regional manager of its southern Colorado clinics.

Nathan Nidiffer will oversee health care services to 35,000 veterans at seven clinics in southern and eastern counties.

He most recently worked at Penrose Hospital in Colorado Springs as director of business analysis and financial systems. He also served in various positions in a U.S. Air Force career.

Carolyn Adams, interim director of the Denver medical center, said Nidiffer’s military and civilian experience “will be valuate assets for the veterans of southern Colorado we are honored to serve.”
