• Because of a reporter’s error, a story on Page 2A Thursday incorrectly stated that a lawsuit by the Colorado attorney general against CollegeAmerica was dismissed. A preliminary motion seeking 21 requests for injunctive relief was denied last week in Denver District Court. The lawsuit, however, is ongoing. There was not a full dismissal.
