A 70-foot Chinese dragon parade is part of the Boulder Asian Pacific Alliance’s Boulder Asian Festival on the town’s Pearl Street Mall Aug. 8-9. Denver Taiko, free yoga, storytelling, games and Asian food are all part of the festivities from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free and the event is zero waste.
