Tom Brady has destroyed material evidence in a legal proceeding.
Brady is guilty, and everyone — including the deflator — knows it. He also will be testifying under oath. I would strongly advise Brady not to seek legal remedy. Deflating a football is not a crime. Perjury and destroying evidence are.
