A 21-year-old woman has been charged with a bias-motivated assault, according to the Denver District Attorney’s Office.
Jhane Toney allegedly assaulted two women because of their sexual orientation, prosecutors said Tuesday.
The incident happened at about 1:30 a.m. June 12 in a parking lot near West 10th Avenue and Broadway.
Toney is free on a $5,000 bond. Her next court appearance is scheduled for August 17.
