A police officer wearing a body camera in Duluth, Minn. (Jim Mone, Associated Press file)

I just saw another police shooting, and killing, on the news. The answer seems to be body cameras, but cities seem to be reluctant because of costs or objections of police unions. Here’s an idea: Citizen Cams.

It couldn’t cost that much individually, and numerous companies are itching to sell us Internet storage and apps, etc. Maybe a nonprofit, or the ACLU, would even fund it.

Someone can make a dot-com fortune, I just want this to stop.
