An 18-year-old from Parker pleaded guilty Friday to a one-car crash in Black Forest that left two teens dead and another injured.
Marshal Gregory was 17 years old at the time of the September 2014 crash. He was charged as an adult and pleaded guilty to two counts of vehicular homicide while driving under the influence, El Paso County court records show.
The Gazette reports that under a plea deal with prosecutors, Gregory faces serving between four and six years in Youthful Offender System in Pueblo. He is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 16.
Gregory was driving a Mini Cooper carrying the four teens just after 1 a.m. Sept. 1. He was driving east across Roller Coaster Road onto Hodgen Road when he ran a stop sign going about 80 mph in a 40 mph zone. The convertible went airborne, struck a fence, rotated, pinballed through some trees and dropped down an embankmen.
