Friday-Sunday: For a town of its size, Fort Collins boasts a surprisingly vital, self-contained music scene. Nowhere is that more apparent than at the annual Bohemian Nights at NewWestFest, which in its 11th year will feature more than 70 Colorado artists and national headliners such as Steve Miller Band and Rodrigo y Gabriela, below. Other highlights include the buzzed-about Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats (hot off their “Tonight Show” debut), the soon-to-be-on-hiatus Air Dubai, Colorado legends Firefall and hip-hop activists Flobots. And did we mention that the event, which also features 250 art, craft and food booths and a dedicated kid’s stage, is free? 5-10 p.m. Aug. 14, 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Aug. 15, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Aug. 16, Old Town Square in downtown Fort Collins. .
