Thursday, Aug. 20: This week, the Urban Land Institute poses a question at lot of people are asking lately, hosting a community forum titled “Denver Is Booming: Is Design Quality Keeping Pace?” It’s shaping up as an unusual event. More often, it is architects and academics who go public with their criticism of building design, and this event features a panel that includes developers — the folks who actually control what gets built.
