Rayme Rossello, who started her thriving Comida business from a popular food truck, is opening a third restaurant in the new Stanley Marketplace.

It will be about 3,500 square feet with an outdoor patio that overlooks Westerly Creek.

Her concept, inspired by Mexican street food, has proven particularly popular, with locations at in Denver and Longmontap Prospect neighborhood, along with the original food truck.

This year at Top Taco, Comida won the award for the best traditional taco, for the second year in a row.

The new Comida location will feature the same daily cocktail and food menus as the other eateries, including antojitos, or street snacks, tacos, tortas, and tostadas.

The other restaurants in the Stanley Marketplace, which opens early next year, include Sazza, GoodBird Kitchen, Rosenberg’s Bagels and Delicatessen, and the Happy Cakes Bakeshop.
