The grandmother wanted in the death of her 10-year-old developmentally disabled grandson has been arrested, according to jail records obtained by 7NEWS.

Police were called to Najera’s apartment at 2650 Chase Street, from a woman who reported that her “baby was at the bottom of a bathtub” and not breathing.
Police say the tub was completely filled with water.
According to the arrest affidavit, Najera told police that Angel Goodwin was “feeling stuffed up,” so she prepared a warm bath for him, helped him into the tub, then left to go get his pajamas. When she returned, she found him sitting up in the tub with his head down in the water.
