A suspect wanted in a kidnapping case was arrested Monday in southwest Denver.
Steven Hillen, 27, was taken into custody in the area of West Kentucky Avenue and South Wolff Street, the Denver Police Department said on its Facebook page.
Hillen has a long criminal record, police said, including possession of a weapon by a previous offender, robbery, aggravated motor vehicle theft and possession of illegal drugs.
On Friday, a Denver police on a house in the 1200 block of South Mariposa Street saying they were looking for a sex assault suspect.
Police have connected Hillen with that residence.
