A woman’s body found along Interstate 70 in Summit County prompted a homicide investigation, officials said.
The body was located around 1:30 p.m. Sunday near mile marker 210, according to a Summit County Sheriff’s Office news release.
The body has not been identified as of Monday afternoon.
An autopsy has been scheduled, the release said.
The sheriff’s office is not releasing any further information at this time, and the investigation is ongoing.
