ASPEN, Colo. (AP) — An El Salvador man residing illegally in Glenwood Springs is facing deportation following burglary and sexual contact convictions.

The Aspen Times reports (http://bit.ly/1WBPb4z) a housekeeper was stranded on a balcony in November and asked 35-year-old Luis Santiago-Narvaez for help. She testified that he went into the house and opened the locked balcony doors, but then touched her breasts and backside and asked for her phone number.

Judge Gail Nichols says there’s no doubt Santiago-Narvaez will be deported. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement can take him into custody after he’s served at least 60 days in jail.

A psychological evaluation determined he was unlikely to commit another sex crime, but Nichols said Santiago-Narvaez “went too far.”

His attorney says he’s worked and supported a wife and two children in the area for 15 years.
