A 22-year-old man was convicted of multiples counts of attempted first-degree murder and arson in a 2014 fire that destroyed a Thornton condominium complex, officials said Friday.

of 10 counts of attempted first-degree murder, 23 counts of first-degree arson, three counts of third-degree assault and 10 counts of reckless endangerment in March 2014, according to a news release by the 17th Judicial District District Attorney’s Office.

Two residents and two firefighters were injured in the fire, that investigators concluded was intentionally set, at 8760 Corona St.

A sentencing date will be set Monday.
