Re: “We need more Tiny Towns for downsizing era,” Aug. 16 Dick Hilker column.

Dick Hilker suggested that micro-housing needs its own subdivision, perhaps “in outlying, unincorporated areas.” I am not sure why Hilker feels this to be a “pioneering” concept when in fact it has been around for decades. They are commonly referred to as trailer courts.
