Denver police are asking people in the 1400 block of Verbena to stay indoors as they search for a shooting suspect.
The police department has sent out reverse 911 notifications to residents in the area, according to a post on its Twitter account.
No injuries or fatalities have been reported.
The Aurora Police Department is assisting in the search, its department tweeted.
