Cool news for longtime Front Range chef Duy Pham: He will be featured on the Aug. 26 episode of The Food Network’s new show, airing tonight at 8.
Pham will appear with host Anthony Anderson, star of ABC’s “Black-ish.” The show was filled at Parker Garage at 19420 E. Main St. in Parker, where Pham helms the kitchen. The meal he prepares: An absolute carnivore-fest featuring a six-pound tomahawk rib chop. That’s 96 ounces of hooved protein.
Denver diners will remember Pham from his days at Tante Louise, where he rose from line cook to executive chef under owner . Pham later opened the Denver-based restaurant Opal, served as a consultant at , and was chef-owner at Restaurant Fifteen Twenty One in Pueblo.
Parker Garage will host a viewing party tonight from 7-9 p.m.
