One person was killed Thursday evening when a vehicle hit a tree near East Alameda Avenue and Forest Street, Denver Police said.
DPD said on Twitter about 7:20 p.m. that eastbound Alameda was closed during the investigation.
Only one person was in the vehicle, police said.
