Denver police are looking for a dark purple Nissan Altima missing its right side view mirror after two people were injured in a hit-and-run accident early Sunday.
One man was taken to the hospital in serious condition, police posted on Twitter. The incident occurred about 2:30 a.m. in the 300 block of South Canosa Court, police said. The vehicle careened into a group of people outside the Los Gallitos Taqueria, police said.
The crash happened as a police officer was breaking up a large fight on West Alameda Avenue and South Canosa Court, 7News said.
The vehicle was last seen heading south on Canosa.
