The people involved in that killed one and injured several others were identified on Friday.

The crash took place at Gun Club and Picadilly roads when 22-year-old Charela Ramirez ran a stop sign and crashed into a silver Toyota Camry, causing the Saturn to flip onto its roof, Aurora police said.

Ramirez was killed in the crash, police said.

A 7-year-old girl who has in the car with Ramirez has still not been identified and remains in serious but stable condition, police said.

Nicole Seville, 19, was also a passenger in Ramirez’s vehicle and remains in critical but stable condition, police said.

Parlath Dhaurali, 20, was driving the Camry and has been released from the hospital along with 20-year-old passenger Susma Subadi and a 14-year-old boy who has not been identified.

Josadha Dhaurali, 47, a passenger in the Camry, remains in fair condition at a local hospital.

The investigation remains ongoing, although police said preliminary indications show that speed and inattentiveness appeared to play a role in the crash.

“In addition, unrestrained occupants likely suffered greater injury than they would have, had they used the restraint systems available in the vehicle,” Aurora police said in a news release.
