: How about an over-the-shoulder flying pick off Matt Stafford?

DETROIT — The game-winning fumble recovery and return at Kansas City was just the start.

At Detroit on Sunday, Bradley Roby to snag an over-the-shoulder interception in the first quarter. It was his first pick of the season, but his second game-changing play in as many game.

“I think the kid just made a great play,” Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford said. “These guys for the Broncos, they do a good job playing with their eyes in the backfield. All of them play off and jump routes and do that sort of stuff, but it’s the correct place to go with the ball and just, the guy made a good play.”

Roby, the Broncos’ first-round draft pick in 2014, vowed this year to improve on the C- grade he gave himself for his rookie season. And so far, fellow defensive back Chris Harris believes he’s lived up to his promise.

“Oh man, he’s contributing great,” Harris said. “He’s playing solid, and that’s what we need. We need for him to continue to grow, and for everyone to continue to grow as a defense.”
