I was so pleased to read that Carlotta Walls LaNier, of the of the famous and courageous Little Rock Nine, is being inducted into the National Women’s Hall of Fame this week. We are so fortunate to have her living in Denver and I have been so privileged to hear her speak and to have read the incredible autobiography she published in 2010: “A Mighty Long Way: My Journey to Justice at Little Rock Central High School.” I strongly encourage people to hire her as a speaker and read her book.
