Denver Restaurant Week will be held Feb. 26-March 6, and the 2016 event will hold the line on the price for the third straight year.

The popular event draws more than 250 participating restaurants annually, with thousands of Mile High diners turning out for three-course meals priced at $30 a person.

The 10-day event is one of the nation’s largest culinary celebrations, and gives new restaurants a chance to strut their stuff, and established places a way to bring in new diners.

A list of participating restaurants and their menus will be announced in January. Last year’s event drew longtime rooms such as Elway’s Cherry Creek and Avenue Grill, plus newcomers such as Stoic & Genuine and Blackbird.

The Restaurant Week website is typically sorted by restaurant type, neighborhood, and even gluten-free and vegan-friendly rooms.

Restaurants can register starting in November at .

Restaurant Week is sponsored by Visit Denver, a nonprofit trade association that promotes the city.
