Forecasters are calling for mostly sunny skies in Denver on Friday with mild, seasonal temperatures and light winds.

The National Weather Service in Boulder says the high will be near 73 degrees in the city with an overnight low around 51.

“Patchy fog mainly in low-lying areas on the plains should dissipate not too long after sunrise (Friday) morning with drier air moving off of the Front Range and down from Wyoming,” according to a weather service bulletin.

A weak air disturbance Friday afternoon will mean high clouds and gusty, westerly winds, forecasters say.

Sunny skies are expected on Saturday with a high near 85 degrees.

On Sunday, temperatures are expected to top out about 84 degrees and forecasters are calling for gusty winds.

“Cooler temperatures are expected on Monday behind (a) cold front,” the bulletin says. “Dry and warmer again for Tuesday and Wednesday.”
