Stillwater, Okla.-based Bank SNB now has an operating presence in Colorado.
Bank SNB, a subsidiary of Southwest Bancorp, completed its of First Commercial Bank, the company said Monday.
gained five more branches in the Oklahoma City area. Four First Commercial Bank locations in Colorado — in Englewood, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree and Colorado Springs — will be rebranded as Bank SNB.
The deal increased Bank SNB’s assets by $300 million to $2.3 billion, officials said.
Bank SNB, which now has 33 branches in four states, said the deal provides a “strategic entry point” into Colorado with an opportunity to expand the market.
