U.S. Sen. Michael Bennet took significant political heat for his support of the Iran nuclear deal in 2015, and it remains an issue as he campaigns for re-election. Getting your player ready...
DENVER (AP) — Democratic Sen. Michael Bennet raised more than $1.6 million for his re-election campaign last quarter. His campaign announced the total Wednesday.
The senator is seeking a second term. His campaign says that Bennet has $5.4 million cash on hand.
Bennet has three Republican challengers, none of which had released their third-quarter fundraising totals Wednesday. One of those, state Sen. Tim Neville of Littleton, did not join the race until October, after the fundraising quarter had ended.
