Several police agencies were searching Thursday night for an attempted homicide suspect in Jefferson County.

The search centered around the 6500 block of West Frost Drive, according to a Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Twitter post.

The sheriff’s office identified the suspect as Zachary Zuchowski.

He is described as a white man, about 6-feet tall and 170 pounds, with a goatee and a star tattoo on his left hand.

A warrant was issued Thursday in Jefferson County for Zuchowski, 21, on attempted murder, robbery aggravated menacing with a deadly weapon, and felony menacing with a deadly weapon, according to court records. The warrant stems from a Saturday incident.

Anyone who thinks they spot the suspect, or who knows his whereabouts, is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 303 271-0211.
