Back in 2009, Duo restaurant’s then-chef de cuisine Tyler Skrivanek was named one of Denver’s five up-and-coming chefs. He’s now the executive chef as Duo celebrates its 10th anniversary. (Cyrus McCrimmon, The Denver Post)
Making a marriage endure takes hard work. Making a restaurant endure arguably takes even harder work. So when a couple that runs a restaurant together takes the room to its 10th anniversary with their marriage still intact, it’s reason to celebrate.
will do just that on Oct. 19. The much-lauded North Denver restaurant is celebrating its 10th anniversary, along with the mutual dream of the husband-and-wife team of Keith Arnold and Stephanie Bonin.
How best to celebrate? With a big dinner, of course. It’s $68 per person, with two seatings at the restaurant’s lovely room at 2413 W. 32nd Ave. The menu sounds terrific, and right in the restaurant’s wheelhouse:

and semolina gnocchi / roasted oyster / chorizo / Manchego crouton
