The Packers game was just a teaser. The prime-time matchup was one of the most significant on the Broncos’ schedule this season, with two undefeated records on the line, two elite quarterbacks going head-to-head and longtime Broncos owner Pat Bowlen taking his place in the Ring of Fame.
So it was only inevitable that ticket prices on the secondary-market in the days leading up to the game, with some selling for as much as $10,000 apiece.

But with Tom Brady and the Patriots rolling into Denver over Thanksgiving weekend, the numbers for the Broncos’ Week 12 game on Nov. 29 are already staggering.
According to data collected by Priceline.com and TiqIQ.com, the estimated “all-in” cost (airfare, hotel, food, game ticket) for out-of-town fans is close to $2,000 per person.
Three and a half weeks out, the average ticket price on the secondary market, according to TiqIQ, is $719.28, with the cheapest seat at Sports Authority Field at Mile High coming in at $276.

The average secondary-market price is the most expensive ticket in the NFL this season, topping the $709.93 average for the Green Bay game. By comparison, the average price for Denver home games this season is $437.75. And in New England, the average is $447.73.
On Ticketmaster, via the NFL’s Ticket Exchange website, ticket prices range from $296 apiece on the 500 level of the stadium to more than $8,800 in the lower bowl.
But just getting to Denver will cost a pretty penny that weekend, thanks to both the game and holiday. The average roundtrip airfare range from Boston to Denver, leaving the morning of Nov. 29 and returning Nov. 30, is $769-$967, according to Priceline.com. The following week, the prices level out to $216-$292.
