
1 Tardiness triggers fight. The manager of Pizza Hut, 5856 S. Lowell Blvd., Littleton, said he was assaulted Sept. 30 by the roommate of an employee. The suspect said they argued because the manager was late to work, forcing the suspect’s roommate to stay late. The manager was uncooperative with Littleton police.
2 Tire damage reported. A man called Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies on Oct. 14 to report someone repeatedly damaging his tires in the 12200 block of West Cross Drive in the Littleton area. The man said this was the fourth time this year someone put a screw in his tires. He suspected a woman who used to live in his complex with whom he feuded. The man had no evidence, but wanted the incident documented.
3 Thefts at Goodwill. On Oct. 18, deputies responded to
Goodwill, 11561 W. Hialeah Place, in the Littleton area, after an employee reported that someone broke into a gated area, slashed boxes and stole clothes. The thefts had occurred the three previous evenings.
4 Window shattered at stoplight. A woman called deputies on Oct. 19 to report that the back window of her car had been shot out while she was at a stoplight near C-470 and West Ken Caryl Avenue, Ken-Caryl. A deputy found some rocks and lug nuts.
5 Road rage threats. On Oct. 20, deputies responded to
Taco Bell, 8164 S. Kipling Parkway, in the Ken-Caryl area, where a man told police that he noticed a driver behind him flipping him off and, when he stopped and approached the car, the suspect came after him with a metal pipe. The suspect was contacted and cited.
