Thanks to Councilman Paul Kashmaan for opposing less restrictions on condo builders.
I live in a condo development. This development had to sue the builder because of black mold and many other faulty building items. The HOA and residents sued the builder. After several years, the suit was settled in the owners’ favor.
Until the suit was settled, repairs and upkeep was put on hold.
I have lived in this condo for 10 years, and now have new paint and repairs. I hope my experience is not repeated for other condo owners.
