On “Go to College,” the esteemed FLOTUS teams up with Jay Pharaoh of Saturday Night Live to drop a few bars to help spur kids to go to school. Representing the South Side of Chicago, the First Lady shares some knowledge with her high school constituency, warning them if they don’t want to just watch grass they should, yup, you guessed it, go to college.
The First Lady’s campaign is aimed at post-high school education for teenagers. For the record, her rhymes aren’t that bad. She stays in the pocket and her voice has tons of texture. And let’s be honest: she definitely has the connections to get a record deal.
