Paramount Pictures unveiled the first official trailer of the upcoming “Star Trek Beyond” movie on Monday.
With the Beastie Boys’ “Sabotage” as its soundtrack, the action-packed trailer offers a peek at the latest adventure for Capt. James T. Kirk and the crew of the Enterprise.
Directed by Justin Lin (“Better Luck Tomorrow,” “Fast & Furious”) and starring Idris Elba, Chris Pine, Simon Pegg, Zach Quinto, Zoe Saldana, John Cho, Anton Yelchin and Karl Urban, “Star Trek Beyond” is slated for a July 22, 2016 release date.
