Denver police are searching for a suspect vehicle involved in a Friday hit-and-run, officials said Wednesday.

The crash, involving a vehicle and a pedestrian, took place at North Washington Street and East 6th Avenue just before midnight on Friday. The incident left at least one person seriously injured, police said.

The suspect vehicle is described as a dark-colored 2002 to 2005 Ford Explorer and should have minor front-end driver side damage.
