Interstate 70 traffic in Glenwood Canyon is again moving in both directions on Saturday after an earlier accident closed the westbound lanes.

The Colorado Department of Transportation announced the reopening of I-70 West in Glenwood Canyon at about 3 p.m., nearly two hours after the interstate’s lanes were closed after a couple accidents snarled traffic between Eagle and Glenwood Springs.

There were at least two accidents with about nine vehicles involved in total between milemarkers 122 and 128, said Trooper Josh Lewis of the Colorado State Patrol. No injuries were reported.
