1 Christmas trespasser refuses to leave. On Dec. 25, a security officer at the Greyhound Bus terminal, 1055 19th St., made contact with a trespasser and told him to leave. The suspect then became belligerent and cursed at the officer. He then lunged at her and she used pepper spray to defend herself. The suspect was turned over to Denver police.
2 Mother arrested after banging on windshield. A woman was arrested Dec. 26 after a family dispute in which she jumped on the hood of her daughter’s car and banged loudly on the windshield in the 5100 block of Cathay Court. The daughter said she and her mother argued and she locked herself in the car, which is when her mother jumped on the hood. (Not on map.)
3 Woman assaulted with ashtray. On Dec. 27, police arrested a woman after she struck another woman with an ash tray in the 900 block of South Wolff Street. The victim said she and the suspect were driving to the suspect’s home after leaving the Player’s Club strip club.
4 Disturbance at outdoor ski store. Employees at Arc’teryx outdoor ski shop, 250 Columbine St., called police on Dec. 29 after a customer caused a disturbance and damaged some merchandise. The incident started because the suspect was told he couldn’t return his items without a receipt. He then grabbed items off the shelves and threw them on the floor.
5 Liquor store robbed. On Dec. 24, a masked man entered Busby Liquors, 4900 Lowell Blvd., and demanded money from an employee. The suspect also produced a firearm to threaten the victim.
