Northbound Interstate 25 will be closed overnight at Interstate 470/E-470, starting at 11 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 20., while workers install an overhead sign bridge.
Additional northbound I-25 closures are planned for night time hours at Lincoln Avenue on Thursday, Jan. 21.
Detouring around the closures will require motorists to take the off-ramp at exit 193, make a right turn on Lincoln Avenue, then a left on Peoria Street before entering westbound E-470 to access the on ramp to northbound I-25.
E-470 tolls won’t be collected along the detour route while closures are in place.
Northbound I-25 ramps to C-470 and E-470 will remain open, and all remaining northbound traffic must exit onto either road at exit 194.
An additional overnight closure along northbound I-25 is scheduled for either Jan. 24 or 25.
