Colorado Rapids midfielder Marco Pappa has reported to the team’s preseason training camp, the club confirmed on Friday.
The Rapids returned to Commerce City on Friday for player physicals ahead of the 2016 preseason training.
Pappa “will be part of the preseason training group,” the Rapids said when asked if Pappa passed his physical.
The 28-year-old Guatemalan playmaker was last month and had to undergo surgery.
The Rapids reported the incident to MLS and the league is investigating.
The Rapids declined to answer questions about the incident on Friday.

The former Sounders midfielder was arrested in July for DUI and speeding, and missed a month of action while undergoing an assessment by MLS’ Substance Abuse and Behavioral Health Program.
