SNOWMASS, Colo. (AP) — A chef at an on-mountain restaurant in Snowmass has been accused of threatening to stab a waiter who delivered food to the wrong table.

The Aspen Times reports (http://bit.ly/23L834u ) that the 32-year-old Carbondale man was arrested Tuesday on investigation of felony menacing with a deadly weapon.

Police say the chef and waiter were in a disagreement over food being delivered to the wrong table. The server was called to the kitchen after the mix up, where he says the chef began yelling and throwing plates of food into the dishwashing station. The waiter said the chef stalked closer to him and held a knife while saying he would stab the waiter.
