kicked off the night with some party jams that had fans practicing their dance moves all over the venue as the Tuesday night Gothic Theatre crowd filed in. Denver artist Pries opened the show, turning in a performance that was made it hard to tell what songs he was performing and the energy he was trying to create. Though they got off to a bit of a late start (it was close to midnight before Ross appeared), it was easy to turn the crowd up because there was literally no less than twenty people on stage at any given time, including Von Miller, Chris Harris, Aqib Talib, T.J. Ward and many other Super Bowl-champion Broncos. Miller was draped in gold and held a champion s smile while Ross performed tracks like Hustling, BMF and Stay Schemin. There might have been a slight medley of D.O.P.E. and Hold Me Back, but by that time, Ross hype man had taken over while the Boss was flashing his jewelry for the cameras.
Arms flailed, dancers writhing in synchronized motion and champagne was sprayedall over the crowd. The music continued and the entourages lingered on long after the last dredges of Ross famous grunts were heard on the microphone as he disappeared backstage.
