
As of 11:45 a.m., Comcast Corp. says that a cable TV and Internet outage in the Denver area has been repaired.
“Our engineers continue to work on this issue and almost all services have already been restored,” said Julianne Phares, Comcast’s external affairs manager.
Complaints of Internet and cable outages in the Denver area began escalating Monday morning.
Phares earlier shared this statement: “Our engineers have been working on this and services are starting to be restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused our customers.”
According to , complaints about Comcast’s TV and Internet service peaked at 719 reports around 9 a.m. in the Denver area. Comcast outages were also reported nationwide.
If a customer’s service is still down, Phares advises them to just know the company is aware and working on it. They do not need to call in.
