Re: Driver charged with his 11th DUI jailed in Denver, Feb. 18 news brief.

This week, Ramon Medrano-Corral was charged with his 11th DUI, an event which resulted in serious injuries to two innocent people on Christmas night. Given last year s passage of Colorado s felony DUI bill, I hope that Medrano-Corral will be sentenced to the maximum of six years in prison. Long prison sentences are the only way to keep repeat DUI offenders like him off the streets. I also hope he thoroughly revises his attitude toward alcohol and driving during his incarceration.
