AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. (AP) — A court martial for an Air Force Academy cadet on charges of rape and abusive sexual contact is scheduled to begin on Monday.
Academy officials say the charges involve an incident reported in October 2014. Details of the allegations were not available.
The trial was originally scheduled for September, but it was continued by a military judge.
Chubb could not be reached for comment and his legal representative did not respond to an email.
