An Air Force Academy cadet has been found not guilty of sexual misconduct.
Cadet 2nd Class Zachery L. Chubb was acquitted by a panel of eight officers Friday at a court martial hearing, according to an Air Force Academy media release.
Chubb had faced one charge of rape and two charges of .
The academy said Friday it’s carrying out “all efforts to protect and support both Cadet Chubb and the alleged victim.”
