Colorado Springs police arrested a 59-year-old suspect Monday evening after they say he pulled out a box cutter and slashed a man across his face.
Michael Saylor is suspected of first-degree assault in the case and was booked into the El Paso County jail.
Officers were called about 6 p.m. to the 100 block of North Academy Boulevard where they found the scene.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police say an argument precipitated the face-slashing. the altercation happened in a Home Depot parking lot.
