Wheat Ridge police on Thursday arrested a 60-year-old man after they say he drew a knife on officers.
Logan McDaniel is being held at the Jefferson County jail on suspicion of felony menacing, officials say.
Police say they were responding to 8000 block of West 33rd Avenue on a neighbor dispute when they encountered McDaniel.
“When (officers) approached him, McDaniel pulled out a knife,” police said in a news release. “Police officers ordered McDaniel to put down the knife. McDaniel complied and he was taken into custody.”
No one was injured in the confrontation. Police say no force was used to arrest McDaniel.
